The First Noel...

We spent our first Christmas with Rhett in New Mexico at my Mom and Stepdad Mike's house. Since Rhett hadn't had his shots yet, we decided to travel via minivan with my sister Kate and Brother-In-Law and Niece. And after taking a look at the volumes of lugguage we brought to and fro, I think we made the right choice. It was a long ride but neat to visit parts of the southwest I had never driven through and to see how many made up verses to Christmas carols we could come up with to keep the kids settled when the trip became too much!

To grandmother's house we go!

A quick trip to Santa Fe- what you can't see is the FRIGID FREEZING TEMPATURE!

(Speaking of, if you ever are visiting Santa Fe with a sweet tooth, may I hightly reccommend the Chocolate Maven)
Overall, it was a Merry Christmas at Nana's.
