Complete with a certain one-year-old's birthday party, Halloween, and Wurstfest!
Porter's parents drove from South Carolina to celebrate Rhett's special day!
Nana and Papa Mike and the rest of my family came too!

Ahh, the love.

Rhett and his cousin Ellie almost share a birthday (off by one day), so we celebrated her 2nd and his 1st at a joint pumpkin themed party.

I admit, I took the pumpkin theme a little too far and decided relieve the birthday boy of his misery.

Enjoying his first slice of heaven baked by yours truly :)

The handsome chef-
The handsome spread-
Porter and Uncle Coolman's attempt at an "awkard family photo"- Side note: Have you been to that website? It's hilarious: www.AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com
My sistas
I know someday I am going to miss the biggest hit of the birthday party being some self-push toy and a simple wagon ride around the yard. Just enjoying it while I can.

Q: Where's Rhett?

A: Buried in the madness!

Some pumpkin carving with friends in the neighborhood & Halloween:
Apparantly Rhett learned something from his cousin..the 'no-look' grab:
Our Jack-O-Lantern
Our inspiration:
Trick or treating downtown..
Rhett: A little spooked by some of the costumes and Porter: ready to leave...
Our little chicken started to fall apart as the night wore on...
Last but not least, Wurstfest!
Special thanks to the Digby and Moreno Families for their pictures!
